 As a seasoned Behavioral Healthcare professional with 8 years of dedicated experience in Behavioral Therapy, I have honed my skills in working with individuals across all levels of Autism spectrum, particularly focusing on assisting aggressive and high assistance needing learners. Currently, I serve as a QASP-S (Qualified Autism Services Practitioner - Supervisor) and a Bachelors level practitioner, where I play a pivotal role in developing and implementing individualized behavior and education programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. My passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with Autism has driven me to excel in my field. I specialize in writing comprehensive behavioral health treatment plans that are effective and client-centered. Moreover, I take pride in sharing my expertise by training other Behavioral professionals and educating client parents on various behavioral interventions and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) terminology. I am a proud graduate of the University of West Florida (UWF), and I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Special Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. My proactive approach, coupled with my commitment to ongoing education and professional development, underscores my dedication to providing the highest quality care and support to those in need.
